Digital Roundtable on SLA Governance with the Consumers perspective

Following our successful on-site workshop in Frankfurt on June 10th, 2025, we are inviting you to our upcoming online roundtable. Why Attend?  

Building on the SLA workshop for service providers in March, the second SLA workshop took the consumer perspective, exploring what is important for consumers of cloud services operating in multi-provider ecosystems. Key topics included responsibilities for reliable service usage, trust anchors and creating a common understanding of Service Level Characteristics.   

The upcoming roundtable will:   

  • Present the insights and findings from the workshop.  
  • Facilitate discussions on implementing SLA frameworks  
  • Provide a platform for stakeholders to contribute to the evolution of SLA governance.
