FACIS supports the strategic goals of the European 8ra initiative by advancing a resilient, interoperable, trustworthy, and future-proof EU digital infrastructure. Through innovative tools we empower European organizations to build secure and connected data ecosystems with ease. For seamless cross-border and cross-domain digital collaboration FACIS develops Federated Architecture Patterns (FAPs) – modular and reusable blueprints – serving as pre-built construction plans for digital infrastructure of federated ecosystems.
The following FAP ideas have been defined by the FACIS project team, with the community invited to vote, rate, comment on, and propose new ideas. Some are currently being tendered, while others are under implementation or have already been fully developed:
- The Principal Credential Issuance FAP (currently tendered)
- The Decentralised Catalogue Management FAP (under implementation
- The Internet-of-Things and Artificial Intelligence FAP (under implementation)
- The Partner Onboarding FAP (already fully developed)
