On 14 July 2025, FACIS brought together a diverse group of stakeholders for a Digital Roundtable focused on “Joint SLA Governance for Consumers and Service Providers.” This event followed the initial workshop held on 10 June 2025 in Frankfurt, where consumers and service providers were brought together.
