In May 2025, the FACIS team organized a series of digital roundtables to share and further explore the results of our initial workshop on “SLA Governance for Service Providers”, which took place in March in Cologne. The aim was to deepen the discussion on how service level agreements (SLAs) can be jointly managed across federated cloud and edge infrastructures.
This recording captures one of these roundtable sessions, where experts from different sectors came together to reflect on the workshop outcomes, exchange perspectives, and discuss concrete approaches to building a shared SLA governance framework. The conversation is part of an ongoing exchange within the FACIS project, addressing legal, technical, and organizational dimensions of SLA management in a European multi-cloud environment.
