FACIS | 8ra: Next Generation SLA Management
SLA Governance Framework for Secure and Reliable Cross-Border Cloud Services
In the connected economy, companies rely on numerous providers – from cloud platforms and connectivity to edge devices. If one link in this chain fails, delays, losses, and compliance risks may arise. Traditional SLAs are too rigid and provider-specific.
The FACIS project under 8ra is developing the first common European framework for multi-provider SLA management, based on standards with harmonized metrics and a modular structure.
FACIS’s goal is to create transparent agreements that ensure quality, security, and legal certainty across provider and country boundaries within the EU.
At our Berlin event, we will:
showcase project results including the first common European framework for multi-provider SLA management and next steps,
highlight Europe’s role as a leader in secure digital ecosystems,
connect industry, research, and regulators shaping the future of SLA governance.
